Does the bleed on the matchbooks require a matchbook strike?

For the 100 plain white matches 20 strike matchbooks wedding, the bleed should maintain a minimum of 1/8th inch distance from the outer dimensions on all sides. It is not necessary for the bleed to match the matchbook strike.
