The cancellation policy for our 20-Strike custom matchbooks is as follows: If an order is canceled before the artwork process begins, no cancellation charges will be applied. However, if the order is canceled post the completion of the artwork, a fee of $25 will be charged. Please note, once the custom matchbooks have entered the production stage, the order cannot be canceled.
