The cancellation policy for the 15-Stick 4" cigar match box is as follows: If you cancel your order before we begin the artwork, you will not be charged any cancellation fees. However, if you cancel after the artwork has been finished, a fee of $25 will be applied. Please note that once the cigar match box has entered the production phase, the order cannot be canceled.
