Yes, you can order over the phone. I called my first order in. Then I had the name and e-mail address of the person that would take care of my orders going forward. When I place an order now, I do it via e-mail. Great customer service, will answer all your questions and help you in any way they can. I've been buying these containers from this company for the last 5 years. Very pleased with the containers and service.
