The gray is white on the back side.

We have the gray ones, and the backside is light cream/white. A lot of people we gave them to tell us it's their favorite mask to wear!

We've ordered all three colors (navy, gray, red) and all have a white backing.

Hi and thanks for your question about these custom printed face masks. The fabric layer that touches the face is white cotton.
