These don't have an interior insulation, so a sleeve is not required, but helpful. Here is another option with a double insulation...

Yes....they also sweat and get flimsy when there's iced drinks inside.

Yes! I would recommend getting a solid cup and getting the logo printed on the sleeve if only coffee is being served
